Функціональні обов'язки / зона відповідальності:

Фінансове планування та аналіз:

  • Розробка річних бюджетів (OPEX/CAPEX) та план/фактний аналіз по бізнес-проектах.
  • Короткострокове та довгострокове прогнозування грошових потоків та фінансових результатів.
  • Контроль руху грошових коштів, оптимізація витрат, управління кредиторською та дебіторською заборгованістю.
  • Оцінка фінансових ризиків та можливих наслідків для компанії.
  • Управління податковим навантаженням та забезпечення податкової звітності відповідно до законодавства.
  • Взаємодія з банками та фінансовими установами для залучення кредитів та оптимізації кредитного портфеля.
  • Контроль валютних, процентних та кредитних ризиків, дотримання вимог валютного контролю.
  • Підтримка операційних команд фінансовим аналізом та оцінкою бізнес-кейсів.
  • Підготовка фінансової звітності за міжнародними стандартами (IFRS): BS, PL, CF.
  • Підготовка та супровід аудиту зовнішніми та внутрішніми аудиторами, аналіз KPI.

Бажана професійна кваліфікація:

  • Фінансове планування та аналіз (FP&A);
  • Бюджетування та прогнозування;
  • Управління ризиками та комплаєнс;
  • Казначейство та управління грошовими потоками;
  • МСФЗ, податкове планування;
  • Стратегічне планування та впровадження;
  • Розмовна англійська.
