Financial Controller
— ключового спеціаліста, який відповідатиме за підготовку управлінської звітності, фінансового контролінгу та аналітики
в секції Payroll.

Виклики, які чекають на цій ролі:

—
Формування управлінської звітності
по секції Payroll;

—
Оптимізація процесів та розробка інструментів фінансового контролю
для підвищення ефективності та швидкості;

—
Автоматизація процесів за допомогою ERP системи
, а також впровадження та ведення аналітичних дашбордів;

—
Управління процесом бюджетування
для команд інфраструктури SKELAR;

—
Комунікація з внутрішніми відділами
(казначейство, репортинг, податки, юридичний відділ) для забезпечення належного рівня інфраструктури, необхідної для безперебійного зростання бізнесу портфельних компаній;

Що для нас важливо:

— Досвід від 3+ років (досвід роботи у Big 4 або міжнародних аудиторських та FMCG компаніях буде плюсом);

— Знання бух. обліку та сильні аналітичні навички (ACCA в процесі отримання буде плюсом);

— Високий рівень володіння Excel;

— Високий рівень мотивації та бажання розвитку;

— Високий рівень комунікаційних навичок;

— Відповідальність та уважність до деталей.
