We are looking

for a Creative Strategist to drive growth and boost conversions for our up and coming health & wellness products. If you're passionate about creativity, performance marketing and you are , join us and help scale our business to new heights 

Get ready toDevelop and execute innovative, data-driven creative strategies for digital advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok), ensuring alignment with performance goals
Develop compelling copy, including headlines, call-to-actions, and short posts oriented towards sales and other KPIs
Oversee the visual brand execution to maintain consistency and appeal across all marketing materials
Write comprehensive briefs for internal and external graphic designers, video editors, animators, actors, and other creative professionals
Develop and manage a network of external resources supporting creative delivery
Analyze ad testing data and make strategic decisions to optimize performance and develop new angles
Conduct analyses of competitors' ads to stay ahead in the market
We expect you toHave at least 2 years of experience as a Performance Creative, Creative Strategist, Creative Producer, Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
Have proven experience in working with e-commerce D2C or digital products Experience in the beauty, wellness, health or household goods sector is a significant advantage
Have experience in creating performance marketing campaigns in USA market
Be 100% performance-oriented with a strong focus on achieving measurable results
Have the ability to influence, tell a story, synthesize and convey key messages, and present them in a visually compelling way
Possess strong common sense and excellent English language skills
Salary

Gross salary range is EUR/month.
