Ми шукаємо інвестиційного аналітика для українського фонду прямих інвестицій.

На цій позиції ви будете допомогати керівнику фонду у формуванні інвестиційного портфелю через збір інформації та оцінку потенційних таргетів.

Зокрема, ви будете відповідати за:

  • Дослідження індустрій та компаній у них шляхом дослідження та аналізу фінансової звітності та ринкових даних.

  • Оцінку вартості активів з використанням різних методологій, включаючи DCF та мультиплікатори.

  • Участь у комплексній перевірці компаній (due diligence).

  • Аналіз фінансової інформації портфельних компаній - результатів їх діяльності, прибутків та збитків, балансу та звітів про рух грошових коштів, для оцінки змін у вартості портфелю.

  • Моніторинг фінансових новин за допомогою спеціалізованих медіа-джерел.

Кваліфікаційні вимоги:

  • Завершена вища освіта за напрямками фінансів, економіки, прикладних наук або суміжних.

  • Не менше 2 років досвіду роботи фінансовим або інвестиційним аналітиком, або на аналогічній посаді.

  • Знання аналітичних інструментів та методології.

  • Англійська мова – вище середнього рівня, зі знанням фінансової термінології.

  • Ініціативність та відповідальність.

  • Хороше розуміння основних галузей економіки та ключових гравців у них.
