За розробку пристроїв у Ajax відповідає R&D, який складається з чотирьох департаментів: System, Device, Automation та QA.

Device Department займається розробкою пристроїв для безпеки й автоматизації. Команда Pre-production Team яка є частиною Device Department займається підготовкою в серійне виробництво девайсів тестових партій: Design Validation Test (DVT) та Production Validation Test (PVT).

Завдання і зона відповідальності:

Project coordinator організовує та забезпечує підготовку, підтримку, моніторинг та контроль тестових партій.

Необхідні скіли:

  • техничний/ виробничий досвід
  • ефективна комунікація;
  • системний та послідовний;
  • організаторські здібності;
  • постановка задач;
  • уважний до деталей, вміє слухати та аналізувати отриману інформацію;
  • відповідальність та здатність до навчання;
  • ефективно використовувати свій ресурс;
  • розвинені навички тайм-менеджменту.
