They are looking for an Operations Manager to prove that fashion can be ethical, sustainable, and efficient.

What you'll do:

  • Find and evaluate factories and suppliers: You'll go deep on internet research to surface the best production partners, even if they're not obvious or easy to find.
  • Negotiate deals: Secure competitive pricing and favorable terms while building relationships that make us a client our partners love to work with.
  • Drive timelines: Track production schedules, identify risks early, and keep everyone accountable to deadlines and KPIs.
  • Manage vendor relationships: Be the main point of contact for our factories, packaging vendors, and freight partners.
  • Build simple but effective systems: We need clarity, not bureaucracy — tools and trackers that keep us moving without slowing us down.

Required skills:

  • Strong project manager: You're organized, responsive, and know how to break large goals into executable steps.
  • Relentless researcher: You love a rabbit hole and know how to turn Google, LinkedIn, and niche forums into gold.
  • Skilled negotiator: Whether you've handled vendor contracts or client deals, you know how to advocate for value without burning bridges.
  • Trusted communicator: Clear writing, responsive updates, and respectful follow-through are second nature to you.
  • Self-managed and curious: You don't need hand-holding and thrive on learning your way through new domains.
  • Ownership mentality: You'll treat production like it's your own business — proactive, reliable, solutions-first.
  • Calm under pressure: Production can get messy sometimes, and you must stay cool and just solve a problem.
  • Advanced English.

Bonus / Desirable experience:

  • Experience in ops, audit, supply chain, consulting, or startup environments.
  • Interest in fashion, design, or physical product development.
  • Experience coordinating across time zones and cultures.
