We are currently looking for a Treasury Relationship Manager to join our team.

About the Treasury Team:

This team efficiently manages SKELAR's cash flow and liquidity, improves and implements new payment methods, and develops and leads relationships with key financial partners. We handle treasury matters of any complexity "end-to-end" to provide top-notch service and competitive advantages for our businesses.

Key Challenges:
— Identifying new banking partners;
— Managing relationships with over 30 banks and FinTech companies;
— Overseeing onboarding and KYC processes;
— Implementing new payment solutions for the group of companies;
— Researching, analyzing, and implementing financial instruments to optimize cash flows and investments;
— Opening new accounts in various jurisdictions, communicating with banks on all operational matters;
— Managing and finding solutions for diverse banking needs — from opening accounts for shareholders and projects to providing final support for banking processes across the group;
— Monitoring and coordinating onboarding and regular re-KYC processes for all group companies, building a unified tracking system for project statuses and issues;
— Developing and maintaining the internal knowledge base: banking processes, tariffs, negotiation experience, best practices, as well as conducting regular research on the banking services market;
— Ensuring key tariff information is obtained from partners at early stages of onboarding to make prompt decisions on further cooperation;
— Managing communications with banks to obtain tariffs immediately after providing basic information, rather than after lengthy KYC processes;
— Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

What Matters to Us:
— Experience in opening/managing accounts for international IT or product companies;
— Knowledge of banking and financial instruments for business;
— Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, initiative;
— Experience in effective communication with international banks, understanding compliance and KYC specifics;
— English language — Upper Intermediate+.
