Senior General QA Engineer

Our client is a highly scalable iGaming platform that supports a wide range of integrations to boost performance and user experience. It connects seamlessly with multiple game providers and integrates with a streaming platform microservice, allowing users to delegate their bets to streamers. Most integrations are handled via APIs, while external platforms are embedded on the customer's website through iframes.

Leobit is looking for a Senior General QA to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, Estimate, Schedule, and Prioritize Testing Scope (Functional, Non-Functional, Regression) for delivery chunk (sprint/release)
• Analyze and validate requirements (specifications, acceptance criteria, etc.)
• Create and maintain test documentation (Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Reports, etc.)
• Perform Functional / non-Functional testing for a high-load iGaming platform (Web/Mobile)
• Perform Back-end testing of APIs, Web Services (gaming providers, payment systems, streaming microservices, iframe-based services)
• Create bug reports and document deviations from the expected results
• Validate & Triage Defects with project stakeholders.
• Implement, maintain, and refactor automation scripts using GhostInspector (and potentially Playwright)
• Execute automation scripts, log, and evaluate the results
• Prepare automation reports for stakeholders in a "readable" format
• Use CI/CD tools for monitoring the development process
• Review and analyze test results, perform debugging and retesting
• Provide regular Test Status updates to stakeholders
• Raise improvements to the testing and software development processes with the project stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3+ years of QA experience covering both manual and automation testing
• Strong experience in manual testing, including creating, maintaining, and executing detailed test cases
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools, including GhostInspector for end-to-end testing (must-have)
• Experience with additional automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright) is a strong plus
• Understanding of API testing, test design techniques, and cross-platform testing (web & mobile)
• Experience working with multiple device types and browsers; ability to identify environment-specific issues
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests (even if not an owner of a full CI setup)
• Solid knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle
• Experience supporting localization testing and working with content preparation/validation
• Experience in the iGaming industry
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science (or similar technical field)
• Level of English: Upper-intermediate (at least)
