Production Team Leader

Role: Production Team Leader (Начальник цеху розливу рідких засобів)

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine

This role is not eligible for relocation.

Overview:

The role involves managing production operations, planning and coordinating processes, and overseeing documentation and SAP workflows. You will have the opportunity to impact production efficiency, team development, and process quality. The position reports to Production Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Manages the workshop's production and operational activities.
• Organizes the full cycle of production planning on a weekly basis.
• Controls and coordinates the maintenance of current workshop documentation and warehouse operations, including work in SAP.
• Organizes planning, preparation, and timely submission of reports, including the development of KPIs, methods, report formats, and monitoring frequency to ensure effective process management.
• Evaluates process performance and implements changes necessary to achieve intended results.
• Ensures technically correct operation of equipment and other fixed assets, develops schedules, monitors scope, and ensures timely and high-quality maintenance of production equipment.
• Manages the team and actively supports colleagues' professional development.

Experience you'll bring:

• Work experience of 5 years or more in a similar position in an international or large national company;
• Experience in team management
• Technical understanding of processes through education and/or experience
• Analytical thinking
• Knowledge of Ukrainian — fluency; English at an intermediate level

• This position is not eligible for remote work
