Functional responsibilities:

  • Organization of bank interaction with partner insurance companies
  • Development and approval of cooperation agreements, additional agreements
  • Control of compliance with cooperation terms, monitoring of performance indicators
  • Creation and implementation of insurance products for credit and service areas
  • Ensuring compliance of operational activities with the requirements of Article 73 of the Law of Ukraine "On Insurance"
  • Conducting weekly analytical reports on sales and payments
  • Preparation of presentations, proposals,
  • Reinsurance terms/rates agreement (if necessary)

Job responsibilities

  • Managing partnerships with insurance companies
  • Building and developing insurance sales channels in the bank
  • Monitoring the implementation of cooperation agreements
  • Insurance product sales analytics
  • Introduction of new insurance products
  • Monitoring compliance with legislation (Article 73 of the Law "On Insurance", NBU requirements)

Candidate requirements:

  • Experienced specialist in the field of insurance and banking partnerships with experience. Has a deep understanding of insurance products, procedures for interaction between the bank and insurance companies, as well as regulatory requirements (Law of Ukraine "On Insurance", NBU Resolution, internal policies). Effectively builds partnerships, optimizes processes and ensures the implementation of KPIs
