Responsibilities:

As a new hire in this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of integrated data, improving processes, and supporting both internal and external stakeholders. Below are your key responsibilities:

• Customer requirements and product development:

• Learn about customers' needs, record, and prioritize.

• Proactively create a list of enhancements to optimize workflow and increase efficiency.
  
  Research customers' processes and pains.
• Work with a product team on new features.

• Technical Support & Issue Resolution:

• Analyze errors, collaborate with the integration provider, and liaise with the Customer Support team to resolve issues.

• Manage support tickets, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive reports to track performance and improvements.
• Test new solutions.
  
  Collaborate with the product & development team to improve product quality.

Your work will directly influence the precision and efficiency of our product.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting JSON files and API responses.
• Solid practical experience with SQL.
• Basic knowledge of Python or PHP.
• English language proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
• Familiarity with accounting principles.
• Educational background in technology or economics.

Nice-to-Have:

• Prior experience in technical support.
• A meticulous attention to detail with no tolerance for errors.

The Interview Process Includes:

• An introductory call with our recruiter (30 min)
• An interview with the hiring manager (60 min)
