WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Collaborating with contractors and partners to launch advertising campaigns and expand the pool of new partners.
  • Analyzing and tracking the performance of advertising campaigns, providing reports on results.
  • Identifying new traffic sources.
  • Planning and generating new marketing initiatives, participating in brainstorms to generate fresh ideas.
  • Ensuring the profitability of traffic for your direction.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • 2+ years of experience in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing.
  • Proven experience working with the TikTok platform.
  • Successful cases managing advertising budgets (from $100,000 monthly).
  • Understanding of key marketing metrics (CPA, CR, CPC, LTV, ROMI, etc.) and the ability to analyze and assess the impact of your actions on them.
  • English proficiency at Intermediate (B1+) level or higher.
  • Nice to have: Experience working with platforms such as Meta, X, Snapchat, etc.

WORK IN THE MOST COMPETITIVE TIER-1 MARKETS (USA, CANADA, UK, AUSTRALIA, ETC.), ALLOWING YOU TO BECOME AN EXPERT IN YOUR FIELD.
