The team of experts within the Legal Department at SoftServe provides legal protection and legal advice to SoftServe. IF YOU ARE

  • Experienced with 3+ years in the legal field
  • Qualified with a master's degree in law
  • Skilled in handling corporate law matters
  • Committed to integrity and responsibility
  • Efficient under pressure and willing to work overtime when needed
  • Focused on results with a flexible, collaborative mindset
  • Strong in business and legal writing across multiple formats
  • Driven by self-motivation, proactive in approach, and dedicated to achieving results
  • Fluent in English at the upper-intermediate level

AND YOU WANT TO

  • Give accurate and timely advice on a variety of legal topics
  • Handle corporate legal matters and procedures in UA, EU, USA, and Latin America
  • Draft corporate documents and other legal documents
  • Manage legal due diligence, commercial, corporate, and M&A projects
  • Give legal support with matters regarding intellectual property, including copyright and trademarks
  • Cooperate with state authorities, notaries, banks, and other third parties
  • Communicate with legal counsel on advice, research, filings, disclosures, and other projects as needed
  • Conduct legal research and help with the interpretation and application of legislation
  • Deal with comprehensive analyses and extended communication with internal stakeholders or external advisors
  • Manage and advise on general corporate and business matters
