Our client is a Belgian agency which is supporting Ukraine's recovery through the BE-RELIEVE program. Focused on Kyiv and Chernihiv regions, the initiative promotes reconstruction, health, education, and employment in war-affected areas.

Your Role

As Procurement and Logistics Officer, you will support local operations by managing small-scale procurement and ensuring smooth logistics, reporting to the Expert in Contracting and Administration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement:

  • Manage full procurement cycle for small purchases

  • Explore the market and build supplier relations

  • Support framework contract development

  • Maintain supplier database

  • Oversee transportation and dispatch of goods/services

2. Logistics:

  • Maintain and organize office spaces and equipment

  • Manage vehicle and asset documentation

  • Ensure stock management and inventory control

  • Support travel, accommodation, and event logistics

  • Assist in customs clearance and import procedures

Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor's in administration, procurement, or logistics (or equivalent)

  • Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role, preferably with NGOs or bilateral agencies

  • Skills:

    • Knowledge of procurement procedures and stock management

    • Familiarity with customs/transit processes (a plus)

    • Proficiency in MS Office and basic ICT tools

  • Languages: Fluent in English and Ukrainian; French is an advantage
