Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Senior Back-End Engineer to join our Chat Team and play a key role in shaping the backend strategy, architecture, and performance of our real-time communication solutions.

This position is designed for an experienced engineer who is ready to step beyond execution: drive complex technical decisions, influence architecture at scale, and prepare for a future transition into a leadership role. You will be deeply involved in building efficient, scalable, and reliable solutions that power seamless interactions between users and experts.

This is a highly impactful role with direct influence on the quality of our online chat experience, the adoption of modern tools and practices in backend development, and the foundation for a high-performing engineering team.

Our Tech Stack

Your impact:

• Design, build, and scale backend architecture focused on chat-related services;
• Ensure high code quality and maintainability through thorough code reviews and technical guidance;
• Collaborate closely with product managers, QA engineers, data analysts, and DevOps to deliver integrated, cross-functional solutions;
• Make informed technology decisions to optimize system performance and scalability;
• Implement and champion CI/CD best practices to improve development efficiency;
• Participate actively in sprint planning and drive sound, strategic technical decisions.

About you

• You have 4+ years of backend development experience;
• You are highly skilled in , PostgreSQL, Redis, and RabbitMQ;
• You excel at collaborating with teams and motivating engineers to deliver their best work;
• You have a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and can navigate ambiguity effectively.

Nice-to-Have: Experience with Grafana, ELK stack, MongoDB, and Go is a plus.
