As part of Genesis, a leading Ukrainian co-founding IT company, we are building a category-defining suite of AI companionship products (web/mobile), and our portfolio has shown exceptional growth over the past 9 months.

We are looking for an ML Engineer who will develop and support the server side of an advanced AI product, which includes the generation of images and chatbots You are our ideal candidate if you have a deep understanding of NLP and generative AI, create innovative solutions for complex problems, have a high level of technical expertise, and a passion for artificial intelligence

Range of tasks:

  • Develop maintain and optimize advanced machine learning models and LLM solutions, particularly focusing on natural language processing, and vision.
  • Work closely with the development team to integrate AI models into existing systems.
  • Experiment with new models and techniques to improve performance and capabilities.
  • Development of new functionality that includes image generation and chatbots;
  • Development of technical documentation.

What hard-skills are important to us:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI and machine learning.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
  • Expertise in training, fine-tuning, and optimizing language models (LLMs).
  • Familiarity with efficient data storage, on-device processing, and minimal resource consumption.
  • Experience in solving NLP problems with Machine Learning, LLM;
  • Experience with LLM — integration, fine tuning, hosting. Experience with OpenAI ChatGPT, lama;
  • Knowledge of Retrieval Augmentation Generation (RAG) and semantic vector search;
  • Experience with image generation models including Stable Diffusion and Flux;
  • Experience in prompt engineering LLM.
  • You have an innovative mindset and an entrepreneurial drive.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
