Responsibilities:

  • Manage, onboard, and optimize XML traffic sources and feeds (buy/sell).
  • Establish and maintain relationships with B2B partners, publishers, and aggregators.
  • Monitor performance metrics and conduct feed quality analysis to ensure profitability.
  • Work closely with tech and product teams to resolve issues, improve integrations, and scale infrastructure.
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement feed-level optimizations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, compliance, and fraud detection related to XML advertising.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience with XML ad feeds (buy and/or sell side).
  • Understanding of RTB, programmatic ad delivery, and performance metrics (CTR, RPM, eCPM).
  • Experience with ad tracking platforms, feed parsing, and traffic monetization.
  • Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or BI platforms.
  • Technical knowledge (basic scripting/API familiarity) is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
