User Researcher

An IT holding JetMonsters is looking for a User Researcher in a project , marketplace for digital products and services.

Our expectations from the candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Encourage existing clients from Tier 1 and Tier 2 countries to participate in in-depth interviews (client database will be provided);
• Independently formulate interview questions in accordance with the defined objectives;
• Confidently conduct interviews and guide conversations in the desired direction;
• Transcribe responses and analyze the results of the interview;
• Segment and analyze collected responses;
• Formulate analytical conclusions based on the data obtained;
• Effectively present research findings to relevant stakeholders.

Hard skills:

• 2 years of hands-on experience in conducting user interviews independently, as part of marketing or product research initiatives;
• English proficiency at C1-C2 level, with experience in communication with native speakers;
• Experience in the IT field working with online products: e-commerce, web studio, SaaS solutions, R&D projects;
• Hands-on experience in Market Research or Product Research.

• Initiative and proactive approach to work.
