Вимоги:

  • Успішний досвід на позиції директора з логістики та постачання на виробничих підприємствах, або підприємствах, де маржинальність залежить від швидкості та якості логістики (в ідеалі продукти швидкого псування, м?ясне чи молочне виробництво, інше харчове виробництво, виробництво напоїв)
  • Обов?язковий досвід управління командою
  • Досвід в закупках, плануванні
  • Готовність до відряджень

Обов?язки:

  • Аналіз ринку щодо цін та рівня забезпечення основних видів сировини
  • Визначення стратегії закупівель та стратегій ланцюга постачання
  • Своєчасне відвантаження замовлень, своєчасність доставки і дотримання коректної комплектації
  • Управління роботою автопарку
  • Оптимізація роботи складів
  • Планування та дотримання бюджету закупівель, логістичних та адміністративних витрат
  • Аналіз пропозицій та прийняття рішень щодо закупівель
  • Участь в комітеті по розширенню асортименту
  • Розвиток відносин з партнерами та постачальниками, підвищення лояльності до підприємства
  • Аналіз рівня запасів та змін споживання
  • Перевірка планування замовлень на виробництво згідно стратегії
  • Удосконалення та навчання команди
