Our customer (originally the Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Company) is an American multinational conglomerate operating in the fields of industry, worker safety, and consumer goods. Based in the Saint Paul suburb of Maplewood, the company produces over 60,000 products, including adhesives, abrasives, laminates, passive fire protection, personal protective equipment, window films, paint protection film, electrical, electronic connecting, insulating materials, car-care products, electronic circuits, and optical films.

Requirements
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Middle Full-Stack Engineer with expertise in .NET and to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in building and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and deploying robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver exceptional user experiences.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience of 3+ years as a Full-Stack Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET framework (ASP.NET Core, EF Core).
• Extensive experience with front-end development using , JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Solid understanding of state management libraries like Redux.
• Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with SQL and experience with relational databases such as MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Experience with the Azure cloud platform.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency.

Job responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality, reusable, and reliable code for both server-side and client-side application components.
• Build scalable and secure back-end services and RESTful APIs using C# and the .NET framework (including .NET Core / .NET 5/6+).
• Develop responsive, intuitive, and dynamic user interfaces using and its ecosystem (e.g., Redux).
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements and UI/UX designs into technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
• Conduct code reviews to provide and receive constructive feedback, ensuring code quality and team knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software to resolve issues and add new features.
• Implement and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure the stability and functionality of the application.
• Work within an Agile/Scrum development methodology, participating in sprints, stand-ups, and planning meetings.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and technology stack.
