Role overviewWe are looking for an attentive, people-oriented specialist who will strengthen our HR function and help us create a smooth, supportive experience for every team member. As an HR Coordinator/Junior Recruiter, you will play a key role in maintaining healthy internal processes, supporting employees throughout their journey at Eleken, and helping the recruitment team grow our talent pipeline.
This role combines People Operations, Employee Experience, and Recruitment support, giving you the opportunity to develop a truly holistic HR skill set. You will work closely with our HR and recruitment teams, communicate with employees daily, and help build a culture where people feel seen, supported, and connected.

What are the preferred requirements for the role?
1+ year of experience in HR/People Operations/HR Generalist roles
Understanding of the whole employee lifecycle
Experience with onboarding and HR operations
Fluent Ukrainian and English at B1+ level
Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to handle conflicts
Experience working in a remote team is a big plus
Supporting onboarding: preparing welcome materials, communicating with newcomers, coordinating the first working day
Preparing and publishing internal announcements, surveys, and messages in Slack
Assisting with internal team activities (1:1 meetings, birthdays, events, and wellbeing initiatives)
Maintaining our HRIS (we use PeopleForce) and keeping the Eleken Handbook in Notion up to date
Supporting trainees within our Internship programs: coordination, communication, and organizational tasks
30% — Collaboration with the Recruitment Team
Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers
Assisting with sourcing candidates for key and hard-to-fill roles
Supporting the recruitment process: interview coordination, candidate communication, follow-ups
Contributing to improving the overall candidate experience throughout all stages of recruitment
