який посилить виробництво та забезпечить стабільність, повторюваність і технічну якість збірки наших продуктів. Ви будете відповідальні за розробку, оптимізацію та контроль технологічних процесів, тісно співпрацюючи з R&D для впровадження інженерних рішень і конструктивних змін.

Роль передбачає hands-on формат: від створення технічної документації та тестування компонентів — до супроводу складання та контролю якості на кожному етапі.

Основні обов'язки

  • Розробка, впровадження та вдосконалення технологічних процесів виробництва.
  • Створення та актуалізація технологічної документації: технологічні карти, інструкції, маршрути, схеми збірки.
  • Організація та контроль якості на всіх етапах: пайка, механічні вузли, електронні компоненти, фінальне складання.
  • Підбір, тестування та інтеграція електронних і механічних компонентів у виробництво.
  • Співпраця з R&D над впровадженням конструктивних та технологічних змін у продукт.
  • Аналіз польового фідбеку та ініціювання технічних покращень.
  • Технологічний супровід техніків під час складання, пояснення рішень, усунення вузьких місць.
  • Контроль дотримання технологічної дисципліни та виконання технічних задач на виробництві.

Вимоги

  • Досвід створення або вдосконалення технологічних/виробничих процесів.
  • Ґрунтовні знання в електроніці: розуміння схем, компонентів та їхньої взаємодії.
  • Практичний досвід роботи з електронними та механічними компонентами.
  • Сильне розуміння контролю якості, методів тестування та принципів правильної збірки.
  • Інженерна освіта (електроніка, мехатроніка, приладобудування або суміжні спеціальності).

Буде плюсом

  • Досвід роботи у стартапах або R&D командах.
  • Досвід роботи з військовою або спеціалізованою технікою.
  • Англійська на рівні Intermediate+ для читання технічної документації та комунікації з іноземними колегами.
