You will drive sales growth and foster strong, long-term relationships with clients in the dairy industry in Ukraine.

Welcome to our FBB Dairy Sales Team Ukraine
You will join a team of 4 Account Management Dairy Professionals reporting into the Senior Sales Manager of the region Mindaugas Vizgaitis.
Each Account manager has their accounts to manage, but colleagues are happy to provide support to each other whenever needed to service customers best.
The office is located in the new business center in
Kiev
, not far from the city center. This role is full time remote.
In This Role You'll Make An Impact By
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the dairy industry.
- Develop sales and actively manage the assigned client portfolio.
- Provide technical support, including conducting technological trials and offering expert advice.
- Plan and execute sales activities: client visits, training sessions, and testing.
- Report activities in the CRM system and conduct ongoing analysis of actions.
To Succeed You Must Hold
- Have a higher education degree in food technology (a specialization in dairy is a plus).
- Have experience in the dairy industry or in sales within this sector.
- Good level of English.
- Are ready for frequent business trips and hold a category B driving license.
- Stand out for your communication skills, openness, and passion for building business relationships.
- Are eager for continuous growth and expanding your knowledge.
