A detail -oriented professional providing dual supportin data analytics and board -level operations. This role combinesstrong analytical skills in Power BI, dashboards, and Excel with high -leveladministrative and organisational support for the Board of Directors. Keyresponsibilities include developing reporting tools, preparing quarterlyplanning materials, and coordinating board member logistics (including meetingsand travel). Responsibilities  1. Data & Analytical Support·     Build andmaintain dashboards in Power BI and Excel.·     Extract, interpret,and present data - including preparation and distribution ofmonthly KPI and performancereports. 2. Executive Support·     Providelogistical and administrative support for board meetings, ensuring seamless execution. ·     Preparequarterly planning materials and board packs.·     Coordinatewith stakeholders to ensure timely distribution of information, follow -up, and documentation.·     Plan andcoordinate travel and business trips for board members, including itineraries, bookings, and expenses. ·     Ensure smoothexecution of logistics before, during, and after board events·     Develop andmaintain structured filing systems for board -related documentation.·     Supportannual and ad -hoc board events.RequirementsQualification ·     Degree in Data Analytics/Data Science, or a relatedfield.  ·     Previous experience in an analyst/executive support role, particularlyin environments      requiring data -drivendecision making and Board -level support.   Experience ·     Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem -solvingcapabilities.·     Experience in preparing KPI reports, dashboards, andexecutive -level reporting. ·     Experience in a senior administrative or executivesupport capacity, ideally supporting Board level or senior management.·     Proven ability to handle confidential information withdiscretion.·     Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).·     Experience in multinational or cross -functionalenvironments is highly desirable.Skills,Knowledge, and Special Qualities ·       High proficiency in Power BI, MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, basicdata visualisation), PowerPoint, and Outlook.·       Ability to analyse data and present insights clearly.·       Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and organisationalskills.·       Ability to multitask, prioritise, and remain flexible in a fast -pacedenvironment.·       Self -starter with a proactive attitude and ability to anticipate needs.·       Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
