What you'll be doing:
At Avon, we're growing our presence across retail and third-party e-commerce platforms. In this role, you'll lead the charge in expanding our omnichannel strategy, helping us reach more customers while driving revenue and profitability. You'll work closely with senior leaders, retail partners, and internal teams to bring Avon's products to life in new spaces. From negotiating retail partnerships to launching new products and managing in-store experiences, you'll be at the heart of our retail transformation.

Key responsibilities:
What you'll be working on:- Leading negotiations and building strong relationships with retail partners
- Managing product selection, pricing, and positioning for retail and e-commerce
- Coordinating product launches and promotional activities
- Overseeing in-store merchandising and Avon-branded fixtures
- Driving performance through annual planning and regular reporting
- Managing operations with platforms like
- Exploring new retail opportunities, including marketplaces, kiosks, and franchising
- Creating and improving processes to support omnichannel growth

What we're looking for:- 3+ years of experience in retail account management
- Background in cosmetics is a plus
- Strong English communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A team player with great interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines
