We are looking for a forward-thinking Product Manager to shape the future of our next-generation neobank. You will lead the exploration and delivery of innovative products across banking, crypto, investments, and lifestyle services — turning bold ideas into scalable solutions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Own the roadmap and delivery of products across all domains — from accounts and cards to wallets, trading, and investments.
  • Research market trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
  • Generate and validate product ideas through experiments, prototypes, and customer feedback.
  • Define requirements and ensure secure, compliant, and seamless user experiences.
  • Lead the launch of new features (e.g., payments, exchanges, or investment tools) with clear mechanics and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with engineering, design, compliance, and partners to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure alignment with financial and crypto requirements.
  • Present innovative concepts and drive alignment on product vision.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in product management within fintech, banking, or crypto.
  • Experience launching products from idea to market in multi-product environments.
  • Strong knowledge of payments, accounts, cards, and digital assets.
  • Data-driven approach with skills in KPIs, testing, and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency
