Що ви будете робити:
  • Керувати повним процесом розробки: від ідеї до запуску в продакшн
  • Організовувати та проводити командні активності: планування, щоденні стендапи, демо, ретроспективи
  • Забезпечувати якість завдань та дотримання термінів
  • Швидко виявляти та усувати блокери
  • Спілкуватися як з продуктовими, так і з технічними стейкхолдерами
  • Підтримувати документацію щодо процесів, ризиків та залежностей
  • Балансувати бізнес-пріоритети з можливостями розробки та добробутом команди
Вимоги

3+ роки досвіду на посаді Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Scrum Master або Team Lead

Глибоке розуміння повного життєвого циклу розробки програмного забезпечення

Відмінні комунікативні навички для спілкування як з розробниками, так і з бізнес-стейкхолдерами

Технічний бекграунд буде великим плюсом (знання PHP, NodeJS, Python, Linux тощо)

Досвід роботи в продуктових компаніях

Підтверджений досвід з комплексними релізами або оптимізацією процесів

Знайомство з DevOps практиками

Самоорганізованість, проактивність та фокус на продуктивності команди

Технічний стек

Backend: PHP 8.x, Yii2, NodeJS, Python

Бази даних: MySQL 8.x, ElasticSearch

Інтеграції: REST API, RabbitMQ

DevOps інструменти: Docker, Docker Compose, Linux

Тестування: PHPUnit

Версіонування: Git
