Наразі ми шукаємо Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), який стане головним стратегом маркетингової екосистеми Jooble, формуватиме бачення розвитку бренду та залучення аудиторій, координуватиме роботу автономних команд Marketing, PR, Traffic Acquisition та забезпечуватиме синергію між усіма маркетинговими функціями для досягнення амбітних цілей зростання компанії на глобальному рівні.

На тебе чекають такі задачі

  • cтворення довгострокового бачення маркетингу Jooble та нових продуктів, визначення пріоритетів і забезпечення команд необхідними ресурсами

  • формування єдиної глобальної стратегії позиціювання Jooble та координація її локальної адаптації спільно з Country Managers

  • координація зусиль команд Traffic Acquisition (SEO, Paid, Affiliate) з брендинговими та комунікаційними ініціативами Marketing та PR

  • забезпечення балансу між короткостроковими результатами та довгостроковою цінністю бренду

  • надання автономії командам Marketing, PR та Traffic Acquisition при збереженні стратегічної узгодженості та синергії між функціями.

  • забезпечення крос-функціональної взаємодії з CEO, CPO, CSO та Country Managers для інтеграції маркетингових ініціатив у глобальну бізнес-стратегію

  • використання даних з усіх маркетингових функцій для прийняття стратегічних рішень.

  • адаптація стратегії відповідно до змін ринку та конкурентного середовища

Ми шукаємо людину, яка

  • має досвід у лідерській маркетинговій ролі від 5-ти років

  • володіє досвідом розробки та реалізації маркетингових стратегій

  • має розвинені навички стратегічного мислення та здатність приймати рішення в умовах невизначеності

  • володіє досвідом управління декількома автономними командами (Marketing, PR, Traffic Acquisition або подібні)

  • має вміння забезпечити баланс між performance-цілями та розвитком бренду

  • має глибоке розуміння сучасних digital-інструментів та аналітики (SEO, Paid, Affiliate, PR, брендинг, контент-маркетинг).

  • має практичний досвід інтеграції маркетингу з продуктом та sales-ініціативами

  • володіє розвиненими комунікаційними та лідерськими навичками.

  • володіє англійською мовою на рівні Upper intermediate

  • перебуває в Українi та має можливість періодично відвідувати київський офіс Jooble.
