  • Базові знання SQL, MSSQL (пройдені курси)
  • Розуміння загальних принципів web-розробки
  • Англ. мова Pre-Intermediate level
  • Грамотна та чітка мова
  • Хороші комунікативні скіли
  • Стресостійкість
  • Швидка адаптивність
  • Здатність та бажання навчатись
БУДЕ ПЛЮСОМ
  • Досвід в медичній сфері (адміністратор, технічна підтримка, дотичність до розуміння роботи медичного закладу)
  • Базові знання медичної реформи
  • Досвід роботи в Jira та Confluenсe

  • Консультування контакт-центру по роботі функціоналу
  • Перевірка працездатності та швидкодії веб-порталу
  • Фіксація багів та передача на розробників
  • Створення тікетів при фіксації некоректної відповіді від центральної бази даних
