What you will do:

  • Implement European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) into the company's annual reporting processes.
  • Prepare and support the audit of the sustainability sections of the annual report in line with ESRS requirements.
  • Prepare and submit the annual Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) rating application.
  • Deliver non-financial reports for international financial institutions (IFIs) and other external stakeholders.
  • Collect, analyze, and consolidate sustainability performance data for internal reporting and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, auditors, investors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and drive sustainability initiatives.

What we expect:

  • Experience with international non-financial reporting standards and ESG ratings (GRI, SASB, CDP, TCFD, IFRS S1/S2).
  • Understanding and/or experience working with European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage and interpret large data sets.
