Guidewheel's FactoryOps platform enables real-time visibility and actionable insights for manufacturing operations. By connecting machines and systems into one central source of truth, Guidewheel helps factories reduce downtime, improve efficiency, and drive sustainable performance.

The Customer Integration Specialist will play a central role in extending these capabilities to our customers by ensuring seamless integrations with their existing enterprise systems (ERP, MES, CRM, etc.). This includes using leading iPaaS tools to design and implement data flows, connecting Guidewheel to customer platforms, and ensuring accurate, reliable synchronization across environments.

This project is critical to customer adoption and long-term success: integrations enable factory teams to access real-time data in the tools they already use, expand visibility across the organization, and unlock the full value of FactoryOps.

• Build, configure, and maintain integrations between the Guidewheel FactoryOps platform and customer systems using iPaaS tools.
• Configure API connections (REST/SOAP), webhooks, and authentication methods (OAuth 2.0, API Keys, Basic Auth).
• Partner with customers to understand workflows, data structures, and integration requirements through technical discussions.
• Map and transform data fields across systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliable synchronization.
• Validate integrations end-to-end, troubleshoot issues, and resolve data synchronization or error-handling problems.
• Support strategic partnership integrations with enterprise platforms such as SAP, AVEVA, and Ignition.
• Document integration configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting steps for both internal and customer-facing use.

• Collaborate with Guidewheel's Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure integrations deliver measurable customer value and performance improvements.

• Hands-on experience with at least one iPaaS platform such as Workato, n8n, , Zapier, or Make/Integromat.

• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and webhooks.
• Proven experience in data mapping and transformation between systems.
• Ability to configure authentication methods (OAuth 2.0, API Keys, Basic Auth).
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data integrity.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical customer stakeholders.

• Ability to work Eastern Time hours while based remotely.

• Experience in manufacturing, SaaS, or enterprise system integrations.

• Familiarity with ERP, MES, or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, NetSuite).
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python to extend automation logic.
• Experience supporting integrations with platforms like SAP, AVEVA, or Ignition.
