Rust / Solana Blockchain Developer

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and support Solana on-chain applications (smart contracts) in Rust.
  • Optimize performance and security of deployed applications.
  • Collaborate with product and front-end teams to implement end-to-end features.
  • Write clean, maintainable and well-documented code.
  • Participate in technical discussions, architecture and roadmap planning.
Requirements
  • Strong Rust skills.
  • Hands-on experience developing applications for Solana (Anchor framework would be a big plus).
  • Understanding of smart contract security best practices.
  • Knowledge of Web3 wallets, token standards, and DeFi mechanics.
As A Plus
  • Previous contributions to Solana open-source projects.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in solidity (experience in EVM projects) will be an advantage.
  • Experience with frontend (TypeScript/React), backend ).
  • Knowledge of cryptography, tokenomics or staking systems.
