Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter located in Izmayil. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for sales recruitment, managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, hiring, account management, and maintaining effective communication. The candidate will work closely with clients and candidates to fulfill staffing needs, manage accounts, and build strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Skills in Sales Recruitment, Full-life Cycle Recruiting, and Hiring
• Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Izmayil
• Relevant experience in IT and U.S. staffing is highly beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
