Motion Designer

We are looking for a Motion Designer to elevate our visual storytelling across social media, paid advertising, and international events. You'll transform technical concepts and marketing messages into creative animations, closely collaborating with the marketing and creative teams, all while adhering to brand guidelines and visual

Responsibilities:

• Create high-converting short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
• Animate graphic banners for websites, landing pages, and mobile apps
• Design motion content for conferences and expos (e.g. loop visuals, intros, event promos)
• Adapt ready-made formats to different geographies and languages
• Work with templates in After Effects and AI tools to generate creatives
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce performance-oriented visuals
• Stay up to date with motion trends, creative tools, and storytelling formats in the fintech space

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in motion design or video content creation
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Solid understanding of timing, rhythm, and visual storytelling principles
• Portfolio of 2D/3D motion projects (having glass/product examples is a big plus)
• Experience creating content for social ads, product explainers, and branded visuals
• Strong design skills — layout, typography, color, visual hierarchy
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
• Intermediate English level (written and spoken)

Will be a plus:

• Understanding of 3D animation tools
• Experience working with generative AI in creative production
• Familiarity with multilingual video versioning or international marketing
• Experience adapting creatives for geo-specific audiences (e.g. LATAM, SEA, MENA)
• Knowledge of video/audio syncing, sound design basics, or interactive formats
