Компанія, що займається розробкою систем радіозв'язку в галузі Defense Tech / RF Electronics, в пошуку енергійної і відповідальної людини для нового проєкту.

Ключові вимоги:

  • Вища інженерна освіта або у галузі інформаційних технологій;
  • Досвід роботи від 3 років на посаді Project Manager
  • Експертиза в менеджменті Embedded System проєктів
  • Досвід роботи в Hardware проєктах і менеджмент інженерів-конструкторів
  • Робота по методології Agile/Scrum
  • Впевнене користування інструментами для менеджменту Trello, Jira, Confluence, Notion, Git
  • Лідерські якості і комунікабельність: досвід роботи з командою 10+ людей
  • Вміння читати та аналізувати технічну документацію.

Буде перевагою:

  • Розуміння циклу розробки і виготовлення друкованих плат PCB
  • Досвід менеджменту розробки ПЗ для мікроконтролерів STM32
  • Технічна англійська (рівень intermediate B1)

Обов'язки
:

  • Участь в плануванні роадмапу для розробки продуктів
  • Проведення мітингів і розподіл задач між інженерами та розробниками
  • Інтеграція SDLC в команду розробників
  • Менеджмент замовлень необхідних комплектуючих для прототипування згідно планурозробки
  • Аналіз ризиків та забезпечення вчасного виконання задач
  • Ведення документації для звітності і планування по проєкту
