У зв'язку з масштабуванням команди, ми в пошуках 
Account Manager
. Цей фахівець приєднається до роботи над нашим 
проєктом
 — білінг-платформою, це система для здійснення електронних платежів різними методами, яка вирізняється високою пропускною спроможністю та надійністю.

Очікування від кандидата:

  • Досвід роботи в e-commerce проєктах, які приймають платежі онлайн (досвід у міжнародних проєктах буде перевагою);
  • Досвід роботи у платіжних системах;
  • Розуміння процедур оплати онлайн різними платіжними методами;
  • Знання англійської мови на рівні Intermediate та вище.

Що треба робити:

  • Комунікація та підтримка e-commerce проєктів;
  • Співпраця з командою розробників щодо реалізації запитів від e-commerce проєктів;
  • Супровід платіжних рішень та вирішення проблем з ними;
  • Взаємодія з платіжними системами та фінансовими установами.
