Lead Product Designer for
UNITY-BARS - BankTech|FinTech
Ми шукаємо спеціаліста, який поєднує креативність, системне мислення, візуальну інтуїцію та етичний підхід до створення банківських продуктів. Якщо ви бачите дизайн як мову діалогу з користувачем, а не просто набір екранів - ця роль для вас.
Основні завдання на цій позиції:
Креативити та надихати;
Сторювати сучасні дизайн концепції для автоматизованих продуктів;
Очолювати дизайн команду з розробки банківських продуктів (від ідеї до впровадження);
Презентувати рішення стейкхолдерам;
Кураторити візуальний стиль бренду;
Доопрацьовувати існуючі рішення;
Робити UX-дослідження;
Аналізувати ефективність UI/UX через метрики.
Ключові навички та досвід:
Hard Skills:
2+ роки досвіду у створенні креативу та концепту;
2+ роки досвіду у продуктовому дизайні;
2+ роки у ролі лідера команди;
Глибоке розуміння UX/UI
Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects тощо);
Дизайн-системи;
Базові розуміння HTML/CSS/JS;
Розуміння, що таке автоматизовані банківські системи;
Soft Skills:
Лідерство & менторство;
Візуальний смак, надивленість;
Вміння презентувати ідеї;
Орієнтація на клієнта та користувача;
