Employer Branding Lead

Ciklum is looking for an Employer Branding Lead to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

About the role:

As an Employer Branding Lead, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. You will play a key role in developing and executing our employer branding strategy, driving employee engagement, and promoting our EVP. 

Responsibilities:

• Align the employee experience strategy with business goals 
• Drive employee engagement through meaningful, creative, and regular educational, social, sports, charity activities
• Budget, manage, and execute in-person, hybrid, and virtual events
• Coordinate sponsorships and Ciklum's presence at conferences and industry events
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure all activities are consistently Ciklum-branded
• Plan and execute internal marketing campaigns and projects, covering all tactical aspects
• Negotiate terms and manage relationships with external vendors within the budget – from swag production to third-party event organizers
• Build meaningful connections with the internal and external communities
• Evaluate success and prepare detailed reports on conducted activities, using data and feedback to continuously improve approaches
• Manage a team and collaborate with colleagues across different locations and functions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in employer branding or marketing 
• Ability to engage and manage both internal stakeholders and external talent
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple, complex projects with a high attention to detail
• Strong English communication skills
