- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract potential candidates
- Utilize various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to find and engage candidates
- Conduct thorough candidate searches and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for current and future roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and candidate qualifications
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing them with a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
- Continuously analyze and improve sourcing approaches, measuring effectiveness and adjusting strategies as necessary
- Demonstrated experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of sourcing techniques
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Advanced analytical skills to evaluate and improve sourcing strategies and outcomes
- Ability to organize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for talent acquisition and staying current with industry trends and best practices
- Proficiency in the English language (from B2 level and higher)
