We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior AI & CRM Integration Specialist to join our team. You will help automate our clients' business processes using modern AI tools (such as voice and text-based assistants) and implement CRM/ERP systems like Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, and Odoo.

This role is focused on Low-code / No-code solutions – making it ideal for those who want to work at the intersection of business logic, automation, and emerging technologies without deep coding.

• Set up and configure CRM and ERP platforms (Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, Odoo) to meet specific client needs
• Build and maintain AI-based assistants (chatbots, voice bots) using available platforms and LLMs
• Design and manage automated workflows using Low/No-code tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n)
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to map out client processes and propose automation strategies
• Test, debug, and document automation workflows and integrations
• Assist in onboarding and training clients to ensure adoption and proper usage of tools
  
  

• Strong interest in AI, automation, and business systems
• Familiarity with Low/No-code platforms like Zapier, Make, GoHighLevel workflows, or similar tools
• Basic understanding of CRM/ERP concepts and business logic
• Good analytical thinking and the ability to structure workflows logically
• Understanding of algorithms and basic programming skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript, APIs) is a strong plus
• Previous experience with platforms like Pipedrive, Odoo, or chatbot builders is a bonus
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a hands-on mindset
