WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• We have a large, stable team with flexible and established processes in key areas of SEO. You will have the opportunity to delegate routine tasks related to content and link building to internal teams. What we primarily need from you is strategic thinking on how to develop the project(s) you will be working on.
• Participation in the formation of quarterly SEO strategies together with the team lead. Achieving project KPIs (SEO metrics) as the main goal.
• Overseeing all key processes on managed projects: content, link building, development. Responsible for the quality of the final outcome.
• Collaboration with internal service teams and/or freelancers.
• Generating hypotheses and running tests to improve SEO performance.
• Continuous monitoring of search engine results and reacting to changes.
• Competitor analysis, identifying and implementing best practices.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Leading SEO projects to top positions for high/medium competition keywords: ability to identify relevant clusters and prioritize directions that will lead to the quickest results.
• Analyzing new niches: quick data gathering, insights identification, competitive analysis.
• Ability to structure project SEO work, plan, communicate, and take initiative.
• Understanding the criteria for quality traffic and the ability to work with key metrics.
• Ability to work within project budgets.
• Proficient user of SEO tools and services (from Screaming Frog to Ahrefs).
• Expertise in semantics: collection and clustering. Link building: knowledge and practical application of working techniques. Experience with large volumes of data and complex niches.
• Technical website optimization: understanding how a website works internally, knowing ranking technical factors, and being able to provide clear technical specifications for the development team.
• Any programming language for optimizing personal work is a plus; proficient in Excel & Google Spreadsheets.
• Willingness to work with websites in languages you are not familiar with.
• Ability to use AI tools for generating.
