Media Buyer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled MVAS Media Buyer to join our fast-growing digital advertising agency. As part of our performance team, you will manage and scale profitable campaigns across multiple DSPs, ad networks, and mobile carrier billing flows (DCB, OTP, PIN, MO/MT). You will work closely with the creative, tech, and analytics teams to deliver high-quality traffic for our MVAS partners across global GEOs.

Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Setup & Optimization

• Launch, monitor, and optimize MVAS campaigns across networks
• Manage bidding strategies (CPM, SmartCPM, CPA Goal, CPC) and adjust based on performance.
• Perform continuous A/B testing of creatives, pre-landers, and traffic sources.
• Identify profitable zones, placements, OS versions, and device types.
• Reduce churn and improve LTV by optimizing for high-quality subscription users.

Funnel & Conversion Management

• Analyze MVAS flows (DCB, 1-Click, OTP, PIN Submit, MO/MT).
• Work with our internal dev team to improve pre-land pages, tracking, and user flow.
• Ensure tracking accuracy across S2S postback, MMPs, and affiliate platforms.

Data-Driven Performance

• Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CVR, win-rate, ROI, CPR, CPA, ARPU, Revenue per Click.
• Build, maintain, and update daily performance dashboards & reports.
• Use deep analytics to scale winning campaigns and cut unprofitable traffic.

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure creatives and funnels follow compliance guidelines for MVAS.
• Adapt campaigns to meet carriers' regulations and advertiser restrictions.
• Monitor fraud indicators (bot traffic, abnormal click patterns, non-human behavior).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in MVAS media buying, performance marketing, or mobile subscriptions.
• Strong understanding of global MVAS GEOs (MENA, APAC, LATAM, Africa).
• Hands-on expertise with push, pop, in-app, and display traffic.
• Excellent command of analytics tools (Excel/Sheets, trackers, Voluum, Binom, RedTrack).
• Ability to interpret metrics and make data-backed decisions.
• Creative mindset for testing banners, icons, and pre-landers.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus, but not mandatory.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Experience working with game portals, SMS billing, IVR, entertainment content services, Telco flows.
• Previous work with Indonesian, Bangladeshi, Turkish, Algerian, Egyptian mobile subscription markets.
• Ability to research trends and create high-CTR push/pop ad angles.
