Обов'язки:

  • Повний цикл закриття вакансій middle-level (від отримання заявки до підготовки job-offer кандидатам)
  • Активний пошук кандидатів з використанням різних каналів: job- портали, LinkedIn, соціальні мережі
  • Робота з HRM-системою — ведення бази кандидатів та аналітики підбору
  • Моніторинг локального ринку праці та заробітних плат
  • Участь в процесі адаптації нових співробітників
  • Участь у проектах розвитку бренду роботодавця

Вимоги:

  • Досвід роботи в сфері рекрутингу від 1-х року
  • Успішний досвід закриття вакансій різного рівня
  • Досвід розробки стратегій пошуку кандидатів
  • Здатність працювати як в команді, так і самостійно, в умовах багатозадачності
  • Високий рівень відповідальності та організаційних здібностей
