Their platform automates the complexities of WordPress site management, helping teams focus on content and user engagement instead of infrastructure.

IF YOU ARE
  • Proficient in using Atlassian Suite and managing macOS with Jamf
  • Knowledgeable in Cisco Meraki, VoIP systems (Dialpad), and Google Workspace (OAuth, email best practices, DMARC, etc.)
  • Familiar with Okta and Slack
  • Capable of supporting Apple MacBooks remotely
  • Skilled in collaborating with non-technical teams
  • A sound communicator and troubleshooter
AND YOU WANT TO
  • Assist with supporting our user base via our Jira Service Management tool, and additional administration tasks in Jira projects
  • Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve IT support tickets for both software and hardware
  • Investigate, plan, and resolve system administration tasks and projects using Jira boards and cards
  • Plan tasks involving infrastructure maintenance, updates, audits, and support for office facilities, such as Meraki and Zoom hardware
  • Collaborate with various departments to address complex technical problems for non-technical staff
  • Meet internal and external SLAs
  • Create and maintain support documentation and customer knowledge guides
