Один з наших клієнтів займається виробництвом техніки та радіоелектронних пристроїв, що покращує ефективність ведення бойових дій.

Компанія постійно зростає, розвивається та вдосконалює робочі процеси.

Зараз розширюється відділ Employer Brand, тож ми шукаємо Partnership Manager, який буде ключовою ланкою в побудові довгострокових партнерських відносин з різними організаціями.

Необхідні навички та досвід:

  • Досвід роботи у сфері комунікацій, партнерських проєктів, GR або Employer Branding — від 4 років.
  • Вміння налагоджувати та підтримувати довгострокові партнерські відносини з різними типами організацій (університети, коледжі, державні структури, громадські та волонтерські ініціативи).
  • Розвинуті навички комунікації та ведення переговорів на різних рівнях (від студентських організацій до держструктур).
  • Досвід планування та проведення подій (конференцій, хакатонів, іміджевих заходів тощо).
  • Здатність ініціювати та реалізовувати комплексні проєкти від ідеї до результату.
  • Впевнене володіння Excel/Google Sheets для аналітики та Figma або Google Презентаціями для підготовки презентацій і візуальних матеріалів.
  • Креативність і вміння працювати в динамічному середовищі з кількома пріоритетами одночасно.
  • Знання англійської мови на рівні не нижче Upper-Intermediate (B2).

Твої обов'язки:

  • Розбудова партнерств з освітніми закладами: налагодження співпраці з коледжами, університетами, організація спільних заходів для ознайомлення молоді з брендом роботодавця та майбутніми можливостями.
  • Взаємодія з державними структурами: тісна співпраця з центрами зайнятості задля розширення каналів залучення кандидатів.
  • Побудова зв'язків із громадськими організаціями: ініціювання та розвиток партнерств із ветеранськими та соціальними ініціативами.
  • Організація іміджевих роєктів: планування та реалізація проєктів, спрямованих на зміцнення бренду компанії як роботодавця.
  • Проведення профільних заходів: ініціювання й проведення активностей для залучення цільової аудиторії (конференції, хакатони, meet-up-и).
