We're looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team. This role requires expertise in Python, React (NextJS), SQL (including advanced query optimization), JavaScript, and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS). You'll work across backend, database, and frontend technologies to build scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Python-based applications, integrating with databases and APIs.
  • Build and enhance frontend components with React, JavaScript, and HTML to improve user experience.
  • Write and optimize large-scale SQL queries for fast, efficient data processing.
  • Deploy and manage applications on AWS to ensure scalability and performance.
  • Collaborate with the team on feature design, debugging, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer working on both backend and frontend development.
  • Proficiency in Python (Flask or Django preferred).
  • Strong expertise in SQL: query optimization, indexing, stored procedures, and schema design.
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, and modern frontend frameworks (React preferred).
  • Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud platforms for application hosting and database management.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication, and integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Domain knowledge in real estate, energy, or utilities is a plus.
  • Ability to work with at least partial overlap of U.S. business hours.
