We're growing fast and expanding our hiring pipeline — that's why we're looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our HR team.

Your main mission will be to build strong top-of-funnel pipelines, identify exceptional talent across different markets, and support our recruitment processes with a high-quality flow of candidates.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, loves connecting with people, and wants to make a direct contribution to the company's growth and culture. We also expect you to be proactive and brave enough to bring important feedback and initiate changes to improve the processes and experience of our candidates and stakeholders.

• Proactively source candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, communities, platforms, and non-obvious channels;
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for non-technical roles (Marketing, Product, Operations, Client Success, etc.);
• Conduct market research and talent mapping for niche or hard-to-fill positions;
• Write engaging outreach messages and ensure high response rates;
• Collaborate closely with the HR Manager and hiring managers to clarify requirements and adjust search direction.;
• Maintain candidate data in our ATS (Breezy);
• Share insights, trends, and sourcing analytics with the team;
• Strengthen the employer brand through personalized candidate communication.

• 3+ years of experience in sourcing candidates for non-technical roles (marketing, operations, management, business);
• Strong hands-on experience with sourcing strategies: Boolean search, advanced LinkedIn sourcing, niche platforms, talent mapping;
• Experience in international sourcing across multiple markets;
• Excellent research skills and ability to identify and engage passive candidates;
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools & platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, AmazingHiring, ATS/CRM systems, job boards, etc.);
• Excellent communication skills — ability to craft engaging outreach messages and maintain candidate relationships;
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher (for communication with candidates and internal team).
