We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented lawyer to join our team as a 
Strong Junior – Entry Middle Legal Specialist.

Legal Knowledge and Education

• Understanding of civil, commercial, and corporate law.
• Familiarity with labour, tax, law (basic practical application).
• Knowledge of legal research methods and sources.
• Basic understanding of international law or compliance standards (GDPR, AML, sanctions).

Professional Experience

• 1–3 years of practical experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Experience drafting and reviewing contracts, NDAs, and internal policies.
• Experience communicating with government authorities or preparing legal documents for registration.
• Participation in due diligence or corporate structuring processes is an advantage.

Skills

• Legal drafting and document review skills.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret laws and regulations accurately.
• Competence in legal research using national databases and online tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Written and spoken English

Soft Skills

• Responsibility and ability to meet deadlines.
• Teamwork and willingness to learn from senior colleagues.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
