We are looking for
Internal Support Trainer
who can work effectively with customer support colleagues all over the world to ensure high level of Customer support service. Primary objectives is to make sure the knowledge sharing between 3Shape Support Delivery, R&D and other is working well. Focus in this constellation would be Support delivery training plan as well as managing high quality of cases delivered for our customers.

Your profile

• Experience with 3Shape product portfolio required, experience with TRIOS products will be considered as a plus
• Previous experience in 3Shape 2nd line support with 6 month average CQR score 8.7 and higher
• Experience in providing training and visiting customers is a plus
• You thrive with detailed and creative tasks such as developing training materials and documentation, and are not afraid of being in the spotlight to train, guide and support our employees as a subject matter expert
• You are a strong communicator with high attention to detail, and have the ability to make even complex topics sound simple. You are positive, with a constructive and highly service minded attitude. You display empathy and have good intercultural skills
• You are fluent in English (verbally and in writing); other languages will be considered a plus
• Self-motivated and disciplined since you will be in charge of your own schedule Key Tasks

Responsibilities

• Provide training, consultancy, and coaching to 3Shape customer support new employees facilitating the understanding and usage of the 3Shape products and Customer Care processes through the classroom, webinars, and remote training initiatives
• Manage and improve Case Quality Review process for EMEA region
• Manage Knowledge base solution and facilitate creation of new articles
• Develop training courses and material, FAQs, and other learning content relating to the usage of 3Shape products
• Occasional assistance in the promotion of 3Shape in shows, conferences and seminars internationally
