І все це робить команда з понад 780 талановитих та енергійних людей. Яких можеш підсилити саме ти, адже ми шукаємо Technical support enginer (L2/L3).

Що потрібно буде робити:

  • Здійснення безперервного моніторингу компонентів IT-платформи для швидкого реагування на інциденти, а також їхнього запобігання в цілому. Налаштування та підтримка такого моніторингу, обробка алертів;
  • Координація процесу управління інцидентами: моніторинг, ескалація, супровід вирішення, звітність (важливо: ця роль НЕ передбачає безпосереднього вирішення інцидентів);
  • Супровід змін: узгодження, контроль виконання, пост-перевірка згідно з success criteria;
  • Взаємодія з усіма стейкхолдерами: від усіх департаментів MEGOGO до зовнішніх підрядників / партнерів.

Наш ідеальний кандидат має:?

  • Від 1-го року досвіду на позиції Technical Support Engineer або суміжній у Support/Operations;
  • Аналітичне мислення, вміння діагностувати базові технічні проблеми;
  • Досвід роботи з системами трекінгу задач (Jira, Trello чи подібними);
  • Досвід роботи з інструментами моніторингу (Grafana, Zabbix, Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics або іншими);
  • Мотивація та бажання навчатися і вдосконалювати технічні навички.

Буде перевагою:

  • Безпосередня участь у процесі управління інцидентами;
  • Досвід роботи з Linux/Unix-середовищами;
  • Базове розуміння SQL-запитів;
  • Розуміння концептуальної різниці між cloud та on-premise;
  • Розуміння базових концепцій протоколів HTTP і TCP/IP. ?
